§ 50-103. Requirements.

A garage sale may be conducted as allowed herein only if the following conditions are met:
(1)

That none of the personal property for sale has been consigned to the persons conducting the sale by any merchant or other commercial entity which is licensed by any government agency within the territory of the United States.

(2)

That the sale will be conducted in such a manner that city ordinances relating to safety, health and welfare of other persons in the general area of the sale are not violated.
