§ 50-102. Duration, hours and frequency.

The total period of a garage sale shall not exceed 48 consecutive hours, and sales must be conducted only during the daylight hours between sunrise and sunset. A garage sale shall not be conducted more often than once every six months from the same premises, unless title to the real property upon which the sale is to be conducted has been transferred to other residents who otherwise qualify under this article to conduct such a sale.
