Editor's note

The provisions of § 2.10 were either repealed by the Municipal Home Rule Powers Act (F.S. ch. 166) or converted into an ordinance by such act which has not been readopted. The provisions of § 2.10 are adequately covered by F.S. §§ 166.241, 218.33, which statutory sections require an annual audit in accordance with state standards.
