§ 74-152. Franchise subordinate to right of public to use of streets.

The enjoyment and exercise by the grantee of any and all rights to use the public streets and other highways of the city under the provisions of this article shall at all times be subject and subordinate to the dominant right of the public to use the streets and highways and to the lawful exercise of control by the city over the use thereof.
