§ 70-37. Connection permit.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to tap, cut on or in any way use any line, branch or part of the sanitary sewer system or utility without a written permit issued by the city building official and without payment of all rates and charges required by the city for the use of the utility.

(b)

The imposition of sewer system impact fees is detailed in article V, division 2 of this chapter.
