§ 70-3. Rules and policies for water and electric service adopted.

The rules, regulations and policies established by the city manager as of the adoption date of this Code are hereby adopted by reference and shall be applicable to the service of water or electric energy to consumers and shall be binding upon the consumers the same as if set out in full in this chapter.
