§ 6-3. Scope of chapter.

The provisions of this chapter relating to place of sale, persons to whom sold and the hours and times of day during which alcoholic and intoxicating beverages may be sold shall be applicable to all persons, vendors or business establishments, licensed or unlicensed, within the city.
