§ 58-101. Duty of abutting business owners to keep sidewalk clean.

It shall be unlawful for any person who is the owner, manager or agent of any kind of business or industry adjoining and abutting any sidewalk to fail and refuse to sweep off and clean the sidewalk adjoining and abutting his respective place of business.
