§ 58-102. Public safety and cleanup requirements for persons constructing or repairing sidewalks.

Any person who constructs or repairs or causes construction or repair of sidewalks must cordon all the work site to prevent injury during the progress of the work, and shall, within 24 hours following completion of the work, effect the removal of any debris and material resulting from or connected with the work and cause such debris to be removed from the site and deposited in a legal appropriate disposal site.
