§ 2-351. Established; functions.

There is established a department of public works composed of those divisions related to the following activities:
(1)

The maintenance and construction of streets, storm drainage and public grounds;

(2)

The construction of public parks and cemeteries;

(3)

The collection and disposal of trash and garbage;

(4)

The maintenance and construction of public buildings; and

(5)

Related activities concerned with health, sanitation and municipal improvement.
