§ 2-372. Fees.

(a)

A schedule of fees is hereby established and shall be charged by the police department for services in the amount specified:

(1)

Records checks and police clearances for passports, visas, etc. (three copies) ..... $ 3.00

(2)

Fingerprints ..... 2.00

(3)

Background investigation for pawnbroker or secondhand store (section 50-51) ..... 50.00

(4)

Background investigation for fortuneteller (chapter 122, article II) ..... 50.00

All requests shall be made in writing.

(b)

The charges in subsection (a) of this section shall not be applicable to any governmental agency.

(c)

All fees collected by the police department under the provisions of this section shall be remitted to the city finance officer daily.

(d)

All checks are payable to the city.
