§ 22-66. Advertising that business has been endorsed by city.

A person who has been granted a permit or issued an ID card under this article shall not in any form of advertising, display, card, poster, bulletin or public announcement use the words "Approved by the City of Ocala," or any such words to suggest that such person has been approved, endorsed or certified by the city to perform such services.
