§ 22-67. Adoption of state statutes concerning electrical and alarm system contracting.

(a)

There is hereby adopted by reference Part II of Chapter 489 (sections 489.501 through 489.539), F.S., entitled "Electrical and Alarm System Contracting."

(b)

The contractor's board of examiners and appeals, created pursuant to section 22-141, shall be the "local board" and "local jurisdiction enforcement body" as such terms are used in Sections 489.105 and 489.131, F.S.
