§ 22-63. Directory of persons designated to respond upon activation of alarm.

It shall be the responsibility of any security service company as a requirement to obtain a security service company permit or a renewal of a previously issued permit that it ensure compliance with section 30-33 by creating a directory of the requested names and telephone numbers and providing the directory to the police and fire departments for their use. The directory shall be updated and reported to the police and fire department on a monthly basis.
