§ 114-32. Pre-conceptual plan (Step 1) procedure.

  • (a)

    The developer shall submit to the city engineer, plans and data as specified in section 114-33, together with the required application fee. The specified plans and data shall be filed with the city engineer, who will in turn refer the material to appropriate city departments for review, comments, criticism and suggestions.

    (b)

    Within 30 days after receipt by the city engineer of the pre-conceptual plan material, the city engineer shall determine whether the pre-conceptual plan meets the objectives of this chapter. If the city engineer determines that the plan does not do so, the city engineer shall advise the developer in writing of the reasons therefor.

    (c)

    In the case of a PUD subdivision, the approval of the PUD pre-hearing conference plan shall constitute the required approval under this section.
