§ 114-31. Preparation of plats.

Latest version.

(a)

Maps and plats required by this chapter are to be prepared by a surveyor, and construction plans and specifications for required improvements shall be prepared by an engineer.

(b)

Plats shall be submitted and approved pursuant to the following steps:

(1)

Step 1—Pre-conceptual plan;

(2)

Step 2—Conceptual plan;

(3)

Step 3—Improvement plans and specifications;

(4)

Step 4—Final record plat.
