§ 10-356. Qualifications of sponsors and supervisors.

Each sponsor and supervisor of a teenage dance shall be:

(1)

An adult person over the age of 25 years;

(2)

A resident of the county; and

(3)

A person of good moral character who has not been convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude. Moral character shall be determined as provided in section 22-1. A background check shall be conducted by the Ocala Police Department on all sponsors and supervisors to assure that those persons are of good moral character as set forth in section 10-354(d) above.
