§ 106-36. Information to be provided to other governmental agencies.

As required by the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act of 1985 (F.S. § 163.3161 et seq.), as amended, a copy of this article shall be transmitted to other units of government or governmental agencies, as requested in writing by such governmental units or agencies.
