§ 106-35. Duties of city agencies, boards and departments.

All city agencies, boards and departments shall take into consideration and be guided by the comprehensive plan when considering and taking action affecting land use and development in the city. Copies of this article, together with a copy of the comprehensive plan, shall be furnished to all city boards, agencies and departments.
