§ 98-74. Mobile home skirting.

In mobile home parks, individual homes shall be provided with exterior skirting on all sides from the base of the floor to the ground. Such skirting may be of wood, metal, stone or concrete, but in no event shall the skirting be of less than 75 percent opacity. Responsibility for installation and maintenance of skirting shall lie with the operator of the park.
