§ 98-64. Exception for parks used in conjunction with religious, fraternal or charitable organization.

  • A mobile home park with a minimum of 30 spaces may be allowed if in conjunction with a religious, fraternal, philanthropic or eleemosynary organization. Such a development shall be an integral part of the overall program and evidence shall be presented to the planning and zoning commission to indicate such. The minimum plot area will be ten acres, and in no way will this reduction in spaces change the standards for development or criteria for location of a mobile home park. Upon abandonment of the adjoining use, the mobile home park shall be abandoned in six months or the total number of spaces will be increased to 50 spaces.
