§ 98-35. Use by governmental agencies, hospitals and institutions.

(a)

Mobile homes may be used without restriction by agencies of the national, state, county or city governments when such mobile homes are used in furtherance of governmental functions.

(b)

With the permission of the planning and zoning commission, mobile homes may be used by hospitals and institutions of an educational, religious, philanthropic or eleemosynary home in any district, provided such authorization may not extend beyond one year and that such authorization may be renewed for not more than one-year periods.
