§ 98-34. Use as temporary office or storage facility.
A mobile home or trailer may be used as a temporary office or shelter for materials or tools incidental to construction on or development of the premises on which the mobile home is located. Such use shall be limited strictly to the time construction or development is actively underway. The use shall not continue for more than six months, except with the permission of the planning and zoning commission. The commission shall under no circumstances grant a time extension unless actual development or construction is continuing.
