§ 98-2. Permit for mobile home park or subdivision; nonconforming mobile home parks and subdivisions.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, maintain, operate or alter any mobile home park or subdivision without a permit from the building official; provided, however, that mobile home parks in operation on July 18, 1972, may continue to operate in nonconforming status if they do not meet the minimum requirements specified in this chapter. Developed mobile home parks or subdivisions annexed to the city upon or after October 1, 1975, if not developed to the minimum requirements specified in this chapter, shall be designated on the official zoning map as a mobile home park or subdivision (nonconforming use).
