§ 82-31. Florida Building Code adopted.

(a)

The Florida Building Code is hereby adopted as the construction standard and building code for the City of Ocala.

(b)

All references in this code to the "building code" or the "applicable building code" shall be deemed to refer to the Florida Building Code.
