§ 78-52. Duties of planning director.

The planning director shall be appointed by the city manager and have the following responsibilities:
(1)

Advise the city manager on any matter affecting the physical development of the city.

(2)

Formulate and recommend to the city manager a comprehensive plan and modifications thereof.

(3)

Advise the city planning and zoning commission of the exercise of its responsibilities, and in connection therewith provide necessary staff assistance.
