§ 74-166. Board of arbitration.

The city council reserves the right at any time to inquire into the efficiency of the bus transportation being offered the citizens of the city and its environs by the grantee. If, after a hearing, it is determined by the city council, as a board of arbitration, that the terms and conditions of this article have been violated, then the grantee shall be notified to correct the violation within a specified time limit. If the grantee fails to comply, then the city shall revoke the franchise.
