§ 70-393. Exemptions.

Any person may apply to the city for an exception to the terms of this division, which may be granted by the building director, upon proof that some other device, system or procedure will save as much or more water as those set forth in this division, or that the regulations set forth in this division cannot be complied with without undue hardship. An adverse decision of the building director may be appealed in accordance with the provisions outlined in chapter 22, article IV, division 2, pertaining to the contractor's board of examiner's and appeals.
