§ 6-37. Unlawful sales.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale or permit to be sold any alcoholic beverage from a location without a current location permit, or from a location from which the permit has been revoked or suspended. Any person convicted of violating this section shall be punished as provided in section 1-9 of the Code of Ordinances for each violation.
