§ 6-1. Adoption of state law.

Latest version.

All vendors licensed by the state and by the city, and all other business establishments, shall comply with all laws of the state and all rules and regulations promulgated by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation in the conduct and operation of their respective businesses, and F.S. chs. 561, 562, 563, 564 and 565, as amended, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this Code. The provisions of such chapters shall be complied with by all persons to the same extent as though such provisions were set forth in full in this chapter, except where such provisions may be in conflict with other provisions of this chapter. To the extent of conflict or inapplicability to the city, such provisions shall be disregarded.
