§ 66-68. All-night parking.

No person, except physicians or other persons on emergency calls, shall park a vehicle on any street or city-owned or leased and operated parking lot marked to prohibit all-night parking and giving notice thereof, for a period of time longer than 30 minutes, between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day.
