§ 58-2. Street or sidewalk sales.

Latest version.

No person shall sell any goods from any stand located on any street or sidewalk located in public right-of-way, except as authorized by the city council, or as permitted by chapter 22, article VI, division 2, or in a licensed sidewalk cafe.
