§ 54-71. Customer list; locations; and type of collection.

(a)

The permit issued under this article shall contain the name and address of each owner from whose premises municipal solid waste is to be collected on both a permanent and temporary basis, the specific type of collection and the specific location of such premises. A private collector must notify the building official and the director before the collector adds a customer, or within five business days if the private collector deletes a customer.

(b)

Penalties. A violation of this section shall be punished by a fine of $25.00.
