§ 46-231. Swimmers to obey orders of lifeguards and other personnel.

Lifeguards or other designated recreation and parks employees shall have the authority to order persons in and out of the water as conditions permit relative to the welfare, health and safety of the public. All orders issued by any lifeguards or other designated recreation and parks employees pursuant to emergency situations must be obeyed.
