§ 42-8. Swimming or bathing in ponds or pits.

It shall be unlawful for any person to bathe or swim or permit or suffer any person to bathe or swim in any of the pits and ponds in the city. It shall be unlawful for any person to swim in any municipally owned ponds or bodies of water located in the city, except in municipal swimming pools during such times as is permitted by the city.
