§ 42-4. Duty of physicians to report treatment of wounds made by dangerous weapon.

Every physician or surgeon who treats any person in the city for a wound inflicted by a dangerous or deadly weapon of any kind shall notify the city police department within one hour of the time when he renders such professional service or is called upon to render such service.
