§ 38-128. Jurisdiction of code enforcement board.

The city code enforcement board or special magistrate may also enforce this division using authority and procedures authorized by F.S. ch. 162. Violations of this division may be referred to the code enforcement board or special magistrate for enforcement in accordance with F.S. ch. 162 and the provisions of this code which relate to the code enforcement board or special magistrate.
