§ 38-101. Obstruction.

No vehicle, fence, shrubbery or other visual obstruction shall be placed in the area which lies on the street side of a line running from the rear of a fire hydrant, and parallel to the street, to a point 15 feet on either side of the hydrant. No manual obstruction shall be placed within three feet of a fire hydrant in any direction.
