§ 38-81. Florida Fire Prevention Code adopted.

(a)

There is hereby adopted by reference the current edition of the Florida Fire Prevention Code, as adopted by the state fire marshal. One copy of such code shall be maintained in the office of the building official and one copy in the office of the fire chief for public inspection.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of the publication adopted in subsection (a) of this section.
