§ 34-98. Miscellaneous nuisances.

  • Filth, the contents of cesspools, offal, garbage, foul water, dye water, refuse water from laundries, refuse from manufactories, urine, stable manure, decayed animal or vegetable matter or other offensive substances detrimental to health, thrown, placed or allowed to remain in or upon private premises, streets, avenues, alleys or sidewalks, or conducted into ditches, gutters or drains, are declared nuisances injurious to health, and it shall be unlawful for any person to commit, create or maintain any such nuisance.
