§ 34-96. Offensive hides or fertilizers.

  • No hides that have been damaged so as to become offensive or detrimental to the public health shall be permitted to be brought into or to be kept within the city, and no bone dust, guano or fertilizers of any kind that are offensive shall be permitted to be kept within the city. The doing of any act prohibited by this section shall constitute a nuisance.
