§ 34-94. Sewers or drains emptying into water body or water retention area.

It shall be unlawful and a nuisance for any person to allow any sewer or drain carrying refuse or waste material from factories, mills, processing plants, animals or putrid matter of any kind to empty into any lake, pond or stream of running water or water retention area.
