§ 34-62. Inspections.

  • The health officer is empowered to make unannounced inspections of the interior and exterior of any building as in his opinion may be necessary to determine full compliance with the provisions of this article, and when any evidence is found indicating the presence of rats or openings through which rats may again enter any ratproofed building, the health officer shall give written notice thereof to the owner to abate or correct the condition so found in accordance with the provisions of this article.
