§ 30-38. Response to alarm by owner or other designated responder.

The owner, operator, lessee or a listed responder of an alarm system designated pursuant to section 30-33, if requested by the police or fire department, will respond to the premises or facility within 30 minutes from the time of notification by the police or fire department. No waiver of an assessed fee as described in section 22-64 or appeal of any assessed fee pursuant to section 30-36 shall be allowed when the police or fire department is unable to contact the owner, operator, lessee or listed responder within 30 minutes of arrival upon the scene, or if they fail to respond to the scene within 30 minutes as required by this section.
