§ 2-465. Provisions supplemental.

The provisions of this division are additional and supplemental means of enforcing the Code of Ordinances and ordinances. Nothing contained in this division shall prohibit enforcement by any other means including, but not limited to the enforcement methods and penalties authorized by F.S. § 162.22 (which are issuance of a citation, a summons, or a notice to appear in county court or arrest for violation of municipal ordinances as provided for in F.S. ch. 901) or other means of enforcement provided for in this Code.
