§ 22-241. Reciprocity.

An appropriate certificate for a journeyman plumber, residential journeyman plumber, journeyman electrician or residential journeyman electrician shall be issued without further examination to any person who has taken and passed a written examination for such trade which was prepared, proctored and graded by the agency designated by this city and who holds a current certificate from a city or county in this state which grants reciprocity to holders of a certificate issued by the city. A fee of $15.00 for each certificate issued under this section shall be required.
