§ 22-181. Worker's compensation insurance.

Except as exempted by state law, every contractor and electrical contractor shall maintain worker's compensation insurance, regardless of the number of employees. The insurance shall be issued by an insurance company authorized to do business in this state as required by state law, and evidence of such insurance shall be filed with the building official.
