§ 22-141. Established.
(a)
The municipal code enforcement board established pursuant to article V of this Code shall constitute a contractor's board of examiners and appeals. When serving as the contractor's board of examiners and appeals, the municipal code enforcement board shall follow the procedures and other provisions set forth in this article.
(b)
The contractor's board of examiners and appeals shall be the local construction regulation board, as defined by F.S. § 489.105(12), for the city.
(c)
The contractor's board of examiners and appeals shall not be the local administrative board of the city for purposes of F.S. § 553.73(9). Rather, for purposes of F.S. § 553.73(9)(d)., no local administrative board shall be deemed to exist.
