§ 15-64. Prohibited locations and uses.

(a)

The use of an e-cigarette is prohibited in all locations within the City of Ocala at which smoking is prohibited under the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act, Ch. 386, Part II, F.S. §§ 386.201—386.2125.

(b)

No person under the age of 18 within the City of Ocala shall use, sell, buy or possess tobacco products, e-cigarettes or liquid nicotine.
