§ 15-1. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to provide protection to young children who by virtue of their age are vulnerable to sexual predators and sexual offenders residing in the City of Ocala while at the same time allowing such sexual predators and sexual offenders sufficient residential living options within the City of Ocala that are not closely located to schools, child care facilities, parks or playgrounds within the City of Ocala.
